Delays in ALL Royal Mail Delivery Services

As previously stated, Royal mail are seeing an unprecedented number of delivery orders.
The strain they are under is phenomenal, and essential deliveries to the health care industry are taking precedence over all other deliveries.

Delays of up to 2 weeks on top of standard delivery times are now commonplace.
If you opt for any Royal Mail service when placing an order Ink Experts cannot guarantee the delivery time of your order.

We STRONGLY recommend all orders be placed with DPD delivery to ensure a guaranteed delivery time of 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

Ink Experts will not take any responsibility for the delivery time of an order shipped with Royal Mail.

NHS Donations

From Friday 24th April to Friday 1st May 5% of the proceeds from all orders placed on the Ink Experts website will be donated to the NHS.

Ink Experts have been incredibly fortunate that we are still able to operate during this crisis, albeit in a stripped back capacity.
Alex and I would like to pass that good fortune onto the heroes on the front lines and their patients.

Please note our retail counter is still closed at this time, and Royal Mail deliveries are still being delayed.

For any urgent orders please opt for DPD delivery.

Royal Mail Deliveries

Please be aware that delays in Royal Mail services are becoming common place.

Delays of up to 5 working days have been noted from ourselves and other suppliers across all Royal Mail services.
If you opt for a Royal Mail delivery we ask for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Should your order be urgent we recommend switching to a DPD service.

This is the only service we can currently guarantee for a 48 hour minimum delivery (order time dependant, and only during working days).

Easter Bank Holiday – April 9th – April 13th

Ink Experts will be closed from April 9th to April 13th.
All orders placed from 12pm on Thursday 09 April will be processed on or after Tuesday 14th April.

Please note we will not be able to post any orders until Tuesday 14th April.

Any communications during this period may not go answered until after Tuesday 14th April.

During this time we urge all of our customers to heed all government advice, and stay at home over the weekend.

Deliveries and Communication

Royal Mail have announced new opening times and delivery schedules across the UK.

Due to these changes we expect to see a delay of at least 1-2 working days on all Royal Mail shipments, and we can offer no estimated delivery times or guarantees.
All of our Royal Mail orders will still have a tracking number that can be used to see when the item was despatched, and when it was delivered, but detailed information will not be available.

Should your order be urgent we strongly recommend selecting our DPD courier option.

Until further notice all shipments outside of the UK have been suspended.

 

During this time we have seen a large spike in orders, emails and phone calls.

Unfortunately we don’t have enough time in the day to get all orders out, and answer queries like we used to.
Due to this we urge all of our customers with questions or need of technical support to email us, and we will reply as soon as possible.

Your continued custom and understanding during this time is greatly appreciated.

As an online retailer Ink Experts are still trading as normal in these unprecedented times.
 
Following government guidelines and advice we are doing everything possible to keep our customers, and ourselves safe at all times.
 
The retail counter is closed until further notice, but all other business operations are continuing.
 
Couriers are still collecting from our premises, and until this changes all orders will be processed as usual.
 
Please be aware that Royal Mail and couriers are currently under a large amount of strain supporting all essential suppliers, and some of our delivery services may be pushed back because of this.
 
We will keep you updated with day to day operations, but rest assured we are here to help as best we can.
 
Alex and I understand that a lot of people rely on our trade, and we will continue to support you and your business until we are physically unable to do so.
