Powder blocker bar – designed to retain DTF powder on top of the film whilst passing through the powder shaker curing oven.

This powder blocker bar is made to fit 33cm wide PET film rolls.

The bar retains powder on top of the film and prevents powder from falling off the film quickly during the powder application stage.

Save time by not having to continually apply powder.

  • Threaded bar allows for width adjustment
  • Acrylic discs reduce overall weight on the film

    We were emptying the shaker and filling the hopper multiple times during print runs, ive had this in this morning and haven’t filled had to refill it once yet. save yourself time and money and get this ! the first time since I got this printer I have been able to walk away from it to run our embroidery machines (note not ink experts printer / shaker) although we are considering buying a printer from them for our 2nd printer and shaker when we expand as the powder and inks have also been spot on.

Every time I contact the InkExperts they respond very quickly even though I am out of warranty they still offer the help. I had not used my printer for a bit and the print head became blocked. The guys asked for loads of pictures diagnosed the issue immediately and I was able to purchase their refresh fluid and after following the advise managed to unblock and the printer is back to working again, couldn't thank them enough.
