Description

Ink Experts DTF Supplies bundle; all the consumable supplies you’ll need for your DTF printer.

The bundle includes:

  • 250g DTF ink set (CMYK + 2 x White)
  • 33cm x 100m DTF PET film Media Roll
  • 1kg DTF Powder

‘Ink Experts DTF’ inks from Ink Experts are compatible with both desktop and medium / wide format direct to film printers that utilise an Epson micro piezo printing head.

Popular compatible print heads include:

  • Epson F1080A / XP600 / DX11
  • Epson TFP / L1800
  • Epson i3200
  • Epson i1600

This complete ink set includes six (6) 250g bottles in total

  • 1 x Black ‘Ink Experts DTF’ ink

  • 1 x Yellow ‘Ink Experts DTF’ ink
  • 2 x White ‘Ink Experts DTF’ ink

‘Ink Experts DTF’ direct to film PET film is designed to work with our Ink Experts DTF inks and powder to offer superb results on a range of materials (cotton, polyester, polycotton, denim etc) and colours.

The double matte coated printable surface allows for excellent ink application and retention to the surface.

‘Ink Experts DTF’ PET film is a warm peel film allowing for quicker processing times – the film can be peeled following first heat press after a recommending 90 second cooling period.

After peeling the transfer should be pressed for a second time using Ink Experts DTF finishing sheets.

Recommended heat pressing method:

  • Heat press at 160c (Celsius) for 30 seconds
  • Allow to cool for 90 seconds
  • Peel the Ink Experts DTF PET film to reveal the transfer
  • Apply a Ink Experts DTF finishing sheet over the transfer
  • Heat press again at 160c (Celsius) for 10 seconds to finish

‘Ink Experts DTF’ direct to film powder, also known as a hot melt adhesive has been specifically formulated for direct to film printing.

Our DTF powder offers:

  • Excellent adherence
  • Fantastic elasticity of the printed garment
  • Soft surface feel
  • Great wash resistance
  • Superb application to ink

This powder can be applied using a scoop or spoon for even application. Then cured using a desktop curing oven. We find a heat gun to offer the most efficient curing method as it more controlled and the powder can be visually inspected during the curing process.

DTF powder is EN71-3 certified; safe for use on children’s clothing and toys.

Supplied in a secure, air tight pouch to ensure safe transport and storage. Use a required and reseal to avoid moisture from the air.
