Coated with the high grade polymer coating these mugs are one of the best value sublimation mugs on the market .

Every time I contact the InkExperts they respond very quickly even though I am out of warranty they still offer the help. I had not used my printer for a bit and the print head became blocked. The guys asked for loads of pictures diagnosed the issue immediately and I was able to purchase their refresh fluid and after following the advise managed to unblock and the printer is back to working again, couldn't thank them enough.
