The Ink Experts single mug heat press is ideal for anyone wanting to product sublimation printed mugs used in conjunction with our Sublimation Printer Packages. The including heating element is suitable for pressing products with a diameter of 80-90mm. Such as standard 'Durham' style 10oz and 11oz sublimation mugs, the heating element can also be changed to suit 'Durham'  6oz mugs, as well as 12oz and 17oz latte style mugs. The included element can also be used for 11oz money boxes, pencil pots and small beer steins. Robust and sturdy, yet simple to use. The digital display allows the user to easily select and change the timer (seconds) and temperature (Celsius). The main frame construction is steel with a textured black powder coat finish. The control module is finished in 'Ink Experts' hot magenta pink.

Power Source-

Heat presses draw a considerable amount power and voltage. They therefore require a stable electrical current from the main supply. Ensure the heat press power lead is plugged directly into a main outlet wall socket. DO NOT use a multiple adaptor, extension lead or other alternative power source as this will cause the electric supply to short or trip fuses.

Handheld and easy-to-use infrared thermometer is ideal for checking the accurate temperature of a digital heat press. The laser pointer allows for easy location of the area being tested for temperature. It is not uncommon for a digital heat press  to be slightly inaccurate when showing the temperature on the display. Some heat presses can be vary by up to 15% when comparing the digital temperature reading (shown on the heat press) to the actual physical temperature from the heating element. Provides a precise non-contact measurement of surface temperatures. The 'Tape-Mate' from Ink Experts is the ideal solution for dispensing heat resistant tape. It features a standard dispenser and an auto cut dispenser. How to use guide can be found here The standard dispenser allows for a single roll of tape to be dispensed and cut at the users desired length. The auto cut dispenser allows for up to 3 rolls (10mm width) tape to be dispensed and automatically cut into approx. 35mm lengths; ideal for mugs and sublimation items where multiple pieces of tape are required.
