Desktop Curing Oven Information

• Oversized A3 Size Curing Bed: Spacious enough to accommodate your larger prints without sacrificing precision, ensuring optimal curing every time. The curing bed measures 42 x 34cm
• Aluminium Heated Plates: Equipped with premium aluminium top and bottom plates for rapid and even heat distribution, delivering consistent results with every use.
• Digital Temperature & Time Controller: Stay in control with the easy-to-use digital controller, allowing you to fine-tune both the temperature and curing time for perfect outcomes.
• Top-Mounted Extraction Vent: Easily fit an extraction unit or ducting above the oven to ensure all exhaust from the curing process is removed from your workspace.
• Timer Alarm: Never miss a beat! The built-in timer alarm alerts you when the curing process is complete, ensuring you always get precise and professional results.

Powder Shaker Oven [V2] Information

• Integrated printer stand: the oven features a printer stand allowing the two units to act as one. The printer position is determined by the location brackets preventing accidental misalignment of the printer and oven.
• Integrated consumable storage: the oven features a large storage area underneath the printer to allow easy storage of consumables and related materials keeping your work environment tidy.
• Integrated air purifier extraction system: no need for additional external extraction. The machine features an integrated air purifier and extraction to safely remove the fumes whilst curing. The extraction filter features replaceable filter elements which should be replaced every 3-9 months depending on work volume and production levels.
• 360mm Drying Width: Provides ample space for large-scale operations, perfect for handling a variety of print sizes.
• Halogen Infrared Heating Tubes: Three powerful 400mm halogen infrared heating tubes efficiently dry and cure your prints, speeding up the process without sacrificing quality.

Compatibility

Compatible with Windows desktop or laptop computers. Two(2) USB ports are required; one for the printer and one for the RIP software security key.

Automated cleaning

Cleaning is automated via the cleaning timer board; the printer will self clean every 24 hours when not in use and left in standby mode perfect for periods of time when the printer is not operating such as holidays or weekends.

Automated white ink circulation

The white in circulation operates constantly during printing ensuring excellent white ink application and no risk of the white ink separating. When the printer is not in use it can be powered down into standby mode where the white ink circulation system will automatically operate every 2 minutes to ensure the white ink is circulated.
